With an hour before taking my train back to London, I went to Ashworths to see if they could help. Luckily for me, the lady I saw and whose name I don’t know, is an absolute genius and put my glasses back together as good as knew. Free of charge! I was speechless with gratitude. Not just with the assistance, but with the kind and calm service from both the lovely chap on reception, and the optician. I was very stressed! We took one of our student for a eye check the service we received was a top notch, Laura took her time to check on the non verbal student she was so pleasant to explain every detail about the student eye care and Hayley on the other hand was kind enough to vacate her seat for the student who was very sensitive to the lightning to get a shade from her seat corner.
