Our team · five practices
Every eye test here is with a named optometrist on the General Optical Council register, and wherever possible the same one next time. The people who help you choose glasses and answer the phone are the same faces every visit. Here they are.

The problem
That is how we built our practices: the same faces, time to talk, and everything explained.
Why us
Every optometrist here is registered with the General Optical Council. Sohail and Abra, both optometrists, train and coach every team, and look at the complex cases with your optometrist behind the scenes.

How we work
Takes the forty-five minutes, explains what was found on the screen, and writes the prescription. Named, registered, and yours again next time where we can.
Help you choose frames that suit your face and lenses that suit your life, measure you properly, and fit the glasses when they arrive. Sixty days to love them, or we change them.
Book you in, sort the NHS forms, remember your name, and ring you back when they say they will.

The plan
Online or by phone. Ask for an optometrist by name in the notes, and we book you with them where their diary allows.
Your optometrist takes the test and shows you what they find on the screen.
Your record notes who you saw, so we can book you with them again.
What you get. An optician who knows you, every time you come back.
See someone new every time, and you tell your story again and again.
See the same people, and they already know your eyes and your history.
