Eyewear stylists and dispensing opticians
You notice what people wear. You can look at a face and know which three frames to bring, and you can explain a varifocal honestly. You will spend your day with Tom Ford, Saint Laurent, Silhouette, Montblanc, JF Rey, Dita and the houses nobody else stocks, in appointments that are never rushed.

Optometrists
Forty-five minutes a patient, OCT on every Gold test, a dry eye clinic with IPL, and patients who come back because of you. You will be trained to go further than the standard test and supported to keep learning.

Front of house and practice coordinators
The first voice on the phone and the first face at the door. Warm, organised, unflappable, and good at making a nervous patient feel looked after.
Contact lens and dry eye specialists
Our dry eye clinics run EyeClean and IPL across the group. If you want to build a specialism rather than fit it around a sales target, talk to us.

Training from the directors, CPD paid for and planned, and the equipment to use it: OCT in every practice, HD gland imaging, IPL.

Which practices are hiring?
Vacancies change; email us and say which practice you would prefer. Cheadle, Middleton, Heald Green, Winsford and Heckmondwike all take applications.
Do you take trainee dispensing opticians?
Yes. We support the course and the placement hours, with a qualified DO alongside you.
Do optometrists have to sell?
No. You test, explain and recommend. The dispensing team looks after the glasses, and nobody has a sales target.
What are the hours?
Practices open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, and Cheadle on Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm. Full and part-time patterns are agreed per role.
Who will I hear from?
Sohail reads every application himself. You hear back within a week.
Can I just drop my CV in?
Yes. Any of the five practices, any opening hour. Ask for the manager, or leave it at the desk with your number.
