I’m Sohail, an optometrist and one of the two directors here. Abra and I did not open our practices to put people through an eye test as fast as possible. We opened them because we had both sat in the other chair and been rushed, pushed towards glasses we did not need, and sent out none the wiser.
So we run every practice, including Heald Green, by one rule: treat every patient the way we would treat our own family.
