Monthlies
Full-time wearers who put lenses in every morning and want the lowest monthly cost. People with higher or unusual prescriptions that dailies do not yet cover.
You wear the same pair for a month, take them out every night and keep them in fresh solution. The lens material is made to last, and the cleaning routine is simple once it is a habit. We teach it until it is.
They need looking after. Skipping the cleaning, topping up old solution or wearing them longer than a month is where problems start. If you know you will cut corners, dailies are the kinder choice.
Your options
Every monthlies option here is fitted at all five practices, and the fitting decides, with you.
Silicone hydrogel lenses that let oxygen through for all-day wear, replaced every month.
A middle way: fresher than a monthly, cheaper than a daily, for people who want both.
Astigmatism and reading correction in a monthly lens, for full-time wearers who need either.
For prescriptions outside the standard ranges, including very high powers and unusual astigmatism.
The plan
Thirty minutes with an optometrist, £95, to choose the right monthly lenses for your eyes and your days.
We teach you to use and look after your monthly lenses, then you wear them in your real life.
A follow-up to check how your monthly lenses sit and feel. Only then do we order your supply.
Wear the wrong lens or routine, and comfort fades long before the month is up.
Get it right, and your lenses feel as good on day thirty as on day one.

No, unless your optometrist has fitted a lens specifically made for overnight wear and told you so. Sleeping in ordinary lenses is the commonest cause of serious infection.
Please do not. The lens material degrades and deposits build up even if the lens looks fine. Mark the date you open each pair.
£95, including the teaching and the follow-up check, with free trial lenses if you are new to lenses. Your lenses are then paid by monthly direct debit, from £11 a month, or per box.
