You sit down. We talk about you. We look at your face shape, your colouring, your hair tone, the way you actually carry yourself. Then we pull frames. Usually 8-12 to start with — none of them what you would have picked off the wall on your own. You try them in front of three different mirrors, in our daylight-balanced styling area. We narrow down. We compare two. You decide — never under pressure, with the option to come back another day if you want to sleep on it. The consultation is included free with any frame purchase; we charge £30 if you want it as a standalone service and then walk away.
